Returns and Shipping

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, Mahogany Apparel will accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt (damages include incorrect sizing from what was ordered, faulty printing, tears/holes in the article). All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the items at info@mahoganyapparel.com to alert us of the damage. Then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement.

We do not offer returns OR exchanges on items due to incorrect size is chosen, change of heart on color (where applicable), etc. Please make sure that you use our sizing charts or contact us via email if you're unsure before purchasing.

Shipping

Mahogany Apparel We are a print on demand company and all products are made to order. Please allow 2-7 days to ship. 
Due to the events regarding COVID-19, delays are worldwide with production/shipping times extending up to as long as 14 days.
